Not at all. The coaching work is about building self-trust and confidence to move through life independently. Travel is one powerful vehicle, not the destination. Many clients work with me on things like attending events solo, navigating new social environments, or rebuilding confidence after a major life change.

This is especially for you. Most of my clients start exactly where you are: curious but scared, wanting to move but not sure how. We build your confidence gradually, starting with small solo steps and expanding from there.

Therapy tends to focus on healing the past. Coaching focuses on building your future. I'm not a therapist, and coaching is not a mental health service — it's a strategic partnership to help you take action and build skills. Many of my clients work with both a therapist and a coach simultaneously.

Clients in the Breakthrough Intensive (single session) typically leave with immediate clarity and a concrete first step. The Reinvention Blueprint (6 weeks) and Transformation Experience (3 months) create deeper, more lasting shifts. Results depend on your commitment and willingness to take action between sessions.

Options start at $349 for a single-session intensive and go up to $2,297 for the 3-month Transformation Experience. Solo adventure experiences start at $19. Every coaching engagement begins with a complimentary 45-minute Strategy Session so we can find the right fit.
